- Hitachi Payment Services has been given preliminary approval by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to serve as a payment aggregator (PA).
- In order to deploy AI and ML for supervisory tasks, RBI has narrowed the field to seven international consulting firms. - At a meeting of the Ministry of Defence (MoD) in New Delhi, Delhi, the Defence Purchase Council (DAC) approved the Acceptance of Necessity (AoN) for three capital acquisition bids totaling Rs 4,276 crore—two for the Indian Army (IA) and one for the Indian Navy (IN).
