Current Context: HDFC Bank’s new programme for customers in semi-urban and rural areas,the programme is called Vishesh and it aims to onboard around 1 lakh new customers by offering customized financial solutions and tailor-made products.

• The bank also plans to add more than 675 branches in these regions in the fiscal year 2024.
• Some of the features of the programme include a dedicated personal banker, discounts on processing fees, health benefits, and agritech services
