HDFC Bank partners Manipal Global Academy of BFSI launches “Future Bankers 2.0”

Current Context: New recruitment programme launched by HDFC Bank in collaboration with Manipal Global Academy of BFSI. The programme, called Future Bankers 2.0, aims to transform young graduates into banking professionals within one year.

• The programme offers a mix of classroom sessions, guest lectures, group discussions, role plays, and field work, as well as eight months of paid internship and on-the-job training at HDFC Bank branches.
• Upon successful completion of the course, students will get a Postgraduate Diploma in Sales & Relationship Banking from Manipal Academy of BFSI and an assured job opportunity as a personal banker at the grade of Deputy Manager with HDFC Bank.
• The annual salary for these positions can reach up to Rs.5.59 lakh.
