Current Context: They have joined hands to offer life insurance access to 11 lakh MSME workforce in Uttar Pradesh.Max Life is the appointed lead insurer for the state of Uttar Pradesh under this plan.

• This is under the IRDAI’s State insurance plan, which aims to enhance accessibility and drive affordable insurance penetration across UP.
• The partnership will also help in creating awareness around the need for life insurance among the MSME sector.
