National Conference on Recent Advances in School Education

Current Context: National Conference on Recent Advances in School Education (RASE 2023) which is going to be held at Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology in Jalandhar, the primary objective of the conference is to create an atmosphere for the implementation of NEP 2020.

• The conference will also bring together leading academic scientists, researchers, research scholars and industry to exchange and share their experiences and research results about all aspects of School Education.
• The conference was inaugurated by Shri Anurag Thakur, Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports; and Minister of Information and Broadcasting on June 9, 2023.
• He said that the National Education Policy aims to make education more inclusive, engaging and relevant for students.
• He also stressed on the importance of ‘Indianness’ in education and said that NEP 2020 was not made by ‘people in AC rooms’ but by people who understand the ground realities.
