ONDC & Kerala Govt signed MoU for Better Market Access

Current Context: The Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) signed an agreement with the Kerala government on Friday, June 23, 2023, to improve access and business opportunities in various sectors in the State.

• The agreement was attended by two senior State ministers and most senior members of the State bureaucracy.
• Nine public sector units (PSUs) have already onboarded around 200 products on ONDC.
• The officials also announced that ONDC is going to be a priority initiative to extend market access to PSU and private industries, especially small and micro enterprises.
