India Chamber of Business and Commerce signs MoA with ICMR

Current Context: India Chamber of Business and Commerce (India Chamber) and Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) have signed a Memorandum of Association (MoA) at the Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) on July 20, 2023.

• The aim of the MoA is to promote India as a global hub in healthcare manufacturing and delivery, and to create a global stakeholders platform for building a robust healthcare ecosystem that fosters future of health capabilities in India.
• The MoA also seeks to encourage investment creation and innovation in the field of healthcare.
• The partnership will facilitate international collaborations in innovation and technology, healthcare delivery standards, academia and industry partnerships, capacity building and new innovations in the field of health.
