- National:
- The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) has collaborated with Arm, a UK-based semiconductor IP company, to expand semiconductor support under the Design Linked Incentive Scheme (DLI) and foster the growth of the sector in India.
- Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL), a subsidiary of ONGC, has become the largest single-location PSU refinery in India for 2022-231. The company achieved this feat by processing 17.14 million tonnes of crude oil in the last financial year
- On July 30, 2023, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) successfully launched the PSLV-C56 carrying Singapore’s DS-SAR satellite and six other satellites. The primary satellite DS-SAR was sponsored by the Government of Singapore.

- The first new domestically-produced nuclear reactor in nearly seven years has officially started supplying electricity to the power grid. The reactor is located at Plant Vogtle in Augusta, Georgia and is a Westinghouse AP1000, which can generate roughly 1,110 megawatts of energy.
