Current Context: LEAP Coworks is a rebranded version of the Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM), which is a government initiative to support startups and entrepreneurs in Kerala.

• LEAP stands for Launch, Empower, Accelerate, Prosper, and it aims to provide state-of-the-art infrastructure, workspaces, meeting rooms, high-speed internet, and other amenities for a productive work environment.
• LEAP also offers mentorship programmes, business development assistance, access to funding opportunities and expert guidance to the startups.
• LEAP Coworks was launched by Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on August 1, 2023, along with the inauguration of the country’s first Digital Science Park and the refurbished headquarters of KSUM in Thiruvananthapuram.
