Current Context: Kisan e-Mitra is an AI chatbot that was launched by Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Kailash Choudhary on September 21, 2023.

• It is integrated with the PM-KISAN scheme, which provides income support of Rs. 6,000 per year to all land holding farmer families.
