- National:
- The Central government has exempted the Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) from the Right to Information (RTI) Act. CERT-In is the national nodal agency for responding to computer security incidents.
- The government has decided to rename the Ayushman Bharat-Health and Wellness Centres as ‘Ayushman Arogya Mandir’. The Union Health Ministry has sent a letter to the states and Union territories to implement the rebranding exercise.
- The 8th India Water Impact Summit (IWIS) was indeed organized from 22-24 November 2023. The summit was inaugurated by Shri Nitin Gadkari, the Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways of India, at the Dr. Ambedkar International Centre in New Delhi.
- The Ayurveda Gyan Naipunya Initiative (AGNI) is a program launched by the Central Council for Research in Ayurveda Sciences (CCRAS), Ministry of Ayush on 22nd November 2023 in Delhi. - Appointments:
- Rajneesh Goel, an IAS officer of the 1986 batch, has been appointed as the next Chief Secretary of Karnataka. He will take charge from the outgoing Chief Secretary, Vandita Sharma, who is retiring from service, on November 30. This makes him the 40th Chief Secretary of Karnataka.
- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has superseded the board of directors of Abhyudaya Cooperative Bank for a period of 12 months due to "poor corporate governance". The RBI has appointed Satya Prakash Pathak, former Chief General Manager of State Bank of India, as the administrator.
