Current Context: Kotak Mahindra Bank has announced a major reshuffle in its senior management.

• Here are the key changes:
• KVS Manian, a whole-time Director and a key managerial personnel, has been re-designated as the Joint Managing Director. His new role will be effective from March 1, 2024.
• Shanti Ekambaram, currently a full-time Director, has been appointed as the Deputy Managing Director, effective from March 1, 2024.
• Devang Gheewalla has been appointed as the President and Group Chief Financial Officer, effective from April 1, 2024. This appointment is consequent upon the superannuation of Jaimin Bhatt, the current Group President and Group Chief Financial Officer, on March 31, 2024.
