The World Health Organization (WHO) has designated the National Institute of Indian Medical Heritage (NIIMH) in Hyderabad as a WHO-Collaborating Centre for “Fundamental and Literary Research in Traditional Medicine.” This recognition is for four years, starting from June 3, 2024.

The UGC’s new fee refund policy for HEIs allows for a full refund if admission is cancelled 15 days before the last date, 90% refund if less than 15 days before, 80% within 15 days after, and 50% within 30 days after. No refunds are given after one month. A ₹1,000 processing fee may apply until October 31, 2024.
