Current Context: On April 28, 2025, Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu launched the E-Kalyan Portal under the Department for Empowerment of Scheduled Castes, Other Backward Classes, Minorities, and Specially Abled (ESOMSA) in Shimla.
