Current Context: In the 2025 World’s Best Awards by Travel + Leisure, Istanbul Airport (IST) topped the list of Favourite International Airports, scoring 98.57.

• Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) in Mumbai ranked 9th with a score of 84.23, and is the only Indian airport in the top 10 for three consecutive years.
• CSMIA was lauded for its tech-enabled upgrades, sustainability efforts, and world-class hospitality.
