Current Context: On August 13, 2025, MY Bharat (Dept. of Youth Affairs) signed a 3-year MoU with the School of Ultimate Leadership Foundation (SOUL) in New Delhi.

• Aim: To develop 1 lakh youth leaders (aged 18–29) across India through inclusive, merit-based programs

• 3-year MoU focused on governance, public policy, social entrepreneurship, digital & financial literacy
• Launch of an online leadership programme in September 2025
• Activities include conclaves, fellowships, joint research, capacity building, and trainer exchange
