Current Context: On August 22, 2025, Odisha signed three MoUs in Bhubaneswar to boost tourism across heritage, adventure, and Buddhist circuits.

Key Partnerships & Focus Areas

• IIT Madras: Scientific preservation of heritage sites using structural audits, geotechnical studies, and sustainable restoration practices.
• National Institute of Water Sports (NIWS), Goa: Safety audits, training, and standardization for coastal and adventure tourism.
• Light of Buddhadharma Foundation International (LBDFI): Promotion of Buddhist heritage at Ratnagiri, Udayagiri, and Lalitgiri through prayer ceremonies, digital engagement, and cultural events.
