National:

• On 5 November 2025, UNESCO adopted the world’s first global ethical framework for neurotechnology. It enters into force on 12 November 2025, safeguarding neural data, mental privacy, and dignity. The framework defines neural data as a new category needing special protection.

• On 11 November 2025, Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan inaugurated the restored Vengalayapalem pond in Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh. The 150‑year‑old, 21‑acre pond was rejuvenated under the Watershed Mahotsav at a cost of ₹1.2 crore. Features include plantations, walking tracks, and cultural spaces, linking water conservation with livelihoods.
• Under Operation Nanhe Farishtey, the Railway Protection Force (RPF) rescued over 16,000 children in 2025 from trains and stations. MoUs:
