  • PM Narendra Modi inaugurated India’s first Digital Museum on Tribal Freedom Fighters on November 1, 2025. It was set up at Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar, Chhattisgarh to honour tribal heroes. The museum showcases 14 major tribal uprisings using digital projections, VFX, and interactive displays.

  • The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) released the India AI Governance Guidelines on November 6, 2025. It was unveiled under the IndiaAI Mission to promote safe, trusted, and human‑centric AI innovation. The guidelines outline seven principles—fairness, transparency, safety, accountability, inclusivity, sustainability, and resilience.
  • Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) announced India’s largest Geothermal Energy Technology (GET) pilot project on November 5–6, 2025. It will be set up in Araku Valley and Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The aim is to harness geothermal energy for sustainable heating, cooling, and tourism development.
  • The 150th anniversary of Vande Mataram was celebrated on 7 November 2025 in New Delhi. Organised by the Ministry of Culture, inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi. Events included a commemorative coin & stamp, digital portal, and mass singing nationwide. It marks 150 years of India’s National Song, a symbol of unity and freedom struggle.
Banking:
  • Kerala signed a ₹850 crore FDI deal with UAE-based Al Marzooqi Holdings on November 5, 2025 to set up the Meridian Tech Park in Technopark Phase III, Thiruvananthapuram. The project will feature a 1 million sq. ft. facility with advanced AI labs and sustainable infrastructure. It is expected to create over 10,000 jobs in the first phase.
MoUs:
  • On November 7, 2025 in New Delhi, an MoU was signed between the Directorate General of Training (DGT) under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and Autodesk. Its aim is to enhance digital design and manufacturing skills in vocational training. The initiative will cover 14,500 Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and 33 National Skill Training Institutes (NSTIs) nationwide.
  • The Department of Social Justice & Empowerment signed an MoU with Physics Wallah Foundation on 7 November 2025 in New Delhi. The aim is to provide free online coaching to SC, OBC students and PM CARES Children Scheme beneficiaries. It covers competitive exams like JEE, NEET, UPSC, SSC, and Banking with digital resources & mentorship.
Science & Technology:
  • The European Space Agency (ESA) and Arianespace launched the Copernicus Sentinel‑1D satellite on November 4, 2025. It was carried aboard the Ariane 6 rocket from Europe’s Spaceport in Kourou, French Guiana. The aim is to provide all‑weather, day‑night radar imagery for Earth observation under the EU Copernicus Programme.
Sports:
  • The Centenary Celebrations of Indian Hockey were held across India on 7 November 2025. Organised by Hockey India with support from the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports. The aim was to honour 100 years of Indian hockey, its Olympic glory and World Cup triumphs.
Summits & Conferences:
  • Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal represented India at the King Hamad Lecture for Neutral Justice and the Future of International Commercial Courts Conference in Bahrain on November 5–6, 2025. The aim was to strengthen global cooperation in neutral justice and promote international commercial dispute resolution. The theme of the conference was “Neutral Justice and the Future of International Commercial Courts”.
  • The 17th India Game Developer Conference (IGDC) was held from November 5–7, 2025 at the Chennai Trade Centre. It was organised by the Game Developer Association of India (GDAI) and inaugurated by Dr. P. Thiaga Rajan, Tamil Nadu’s IT & Digital Services Minister. The aim was to showcase India’s gaming ecosystem and unveil Vision 2035 for $100 billion value creation.
Defence:
  • The indigenously built survey vessel INS Ikshak was commissioned into the Indian Navy on November 6, 2025 at Naval Base Kochi. Built by Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE), Kolkata, it is the third ship of the Survey Vessel (Large) class. Equipped with advanced hydrographic and oceanographic systems, it will aid in charting deep oceans and uncharted waters.

  • Dr. Sai Gautam Gopalakrishnan of IISc Bengaluru received the Manohar Parrikar Yuva Scientist Award 2025 on November 5, 2025 for his work in computational materials science. The honour, in its third edition, carries a citation and ₹5 lakh prize.
  • Himachal Pradesh won the National “People First Integration Award” on November 4, 2025 in New Delhi. It was conferred at the DigiLocker National Workshop & Conference by the Ministry of Electronics & IT (MeitY). The aim was to recognize seamless, citizen‑centric digital services through DigiLocker integration.
  • Melania Trump was honoured with Fox Nation’s Patriot of the Year Award on November 6, 2025. The ceremony took place at the Tilles Center, Brookville, New York, during the annual Patriot Awards. She delivered a speech praising American dreamers and innovators as the heartbeat of civilization.
Obituaries:
  • Hullappa Yamanappa Meti (1946–2025), senior Congress leader and former Karnataka Minister, passed away on November 4, 2025, in Bengaluru due to kidney-related ailments. Rising from Panchayat politics, he became a five-time MLA and also represented Bagalkot in the 11th Lok Sabha.
