• On 5 December 2025, SEBI granted in‑principle approval to register the Raajmarg Infra Investment Trust (RIIT), promoted by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). SEBI has given RIIT six months to fulfill compliance requirements before final registration.

• On 6 December 2025, Amit Shah, Union Home Minister & Minister of Cooperation, inaugurated a Bio‑CNG and Fertilizer Plant at Vav‑Tharad, Gujarat, built by Banas Dairy. • Punjab National Bank (PNB) launched its premium RuPay Metal Credit Card ‘Luxura’ on December 5, 2025, marking its entry into the luxury credit card segment. The card was unveiled by Indian women’s cricket team captain Harmanpreet Kaur, who also became its first customer. Designed for high-value customers, Luxura offers exclusive lifestyle privileges, luxury rewards, and milestone benefits.
• LIC and Yes Bank signed a strategic bancassurance partnership on December 3, 2025, aimed at boosting insurance accessibility across India.
