- Highlights: Fishermen’s Meet, launch of Machli App & National Marine Risk Intelligence Brief 2026, release of 600+ research papers, student ocean literacy programs, showcase of Indian Coast Guard Ship (ICGS) Samudra Pratap, and adoption of the Goa Declaration.
