Current Context: RBI has granted a Type II NBFC-ND licence to Delhivery Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Delhivery Ltd.

  • The approval was granted on 13 July 2026, subject to regulatory compliance.
  • The licence enables Delhivery to enter the financial services sector.
  • The company plans to offer working capital loans, supply chain finance, invoice financing, and credit solutions to MSMEs, merchants, and logistics partners.
  • Delhivery will leverage its logistics and transaction data to provide data-driven lending.
