Mahendra Pratap Mall Appointed as CMD of IRCTC

Mahendra Pratap Mall was appointed as the Chairman and Managing director of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) Ltd.
He is at present director (finance) in the same organization.

• The appointments committee of the Union cabinet has approved his appointment to the post for a period of five years. 
• Dr. A.K. Manocha was the previous CMD of IRCTC.
• Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd. (IRCTC) is a Public Sector Enterprise under Ministry of Railways.
• Corporate Office of IRCTC is situated at New Delhi , which is headed by the Managing Director. 
• Managing Director is being assisted by three Directors, Director(Catering Services), Director(Tourism & Marketing) and Director(Finance) and nine Group General Managers.
