Surender Singh creates three World Records

Current context: Surender Singh of India created three world records at World Powerlifting Championship 2019.

 

• The World Powerlifting Championship is being held in Berlin, Germany. 
• Surender Singh has made the world record in:

1. Bagged gold medal in 110 kg category Classic Raw. 
2. The Best Lifter Award in Classic Raw and Single Ply. 

• Under the superb guidance of International Coach Dronacharya Bhupender Dhawan, Three-time World Champion Mukesh Singh added another gold only to be known as 4-time World Champion. 
• From India, Nirpal Singh won silver in 110 kg Classic Raw event and Manpreet clinched gold in 100 kg category.
