- The Tripura Gramin Bank has launched an e-Stamp Counter at the Abhoynagar branch in Agartala, in collaboration with Stock Holdings Corporation of India Ltd.
- The Very Severe Cyclonic storm MAHA has originated over the east-central Arabian Sea and is very likely to intensify into an Extremely Severe Cyclonic Storm. The cyclone is moving onwards and cross Gujarat coast between Diu and Dwarka on 6th November.
- Justice Ajay Kumar Mittal was sworn in as the Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court on 3rd November 2019. He was administered the oath of office by Governor Lalji Tandon at Raj Bhavan.
- The government of India released the newly created map of India with 28 states and 9 Union territories. The new union territories of Ladakh consists of two districts of Kargil and Leh and the rest districts are in UT J&K.
- The biennial Commonwealth Law Ministers’ Conference began in Colombo, Srilanka from 4th November with the theme “Equal Access to Justice and the Rule of Law”. Law Ministers and Attorney Generals from Commonwealth countries have attended the meet to resolve legal problems or disputes including corruption, poverty, legal aid etc.
