‘MHRD AICTE COVID-19 Student Helpline Portal- Launched by AICTE

Current Context: AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) launched ‘MHRD AICTE COVID-19 Student Helpline Portal’ to address the issues faced by students due to national lockdown because of COVID-19 which has led to the closure of colleges and hostels.

  • AICTE and Human Resource Development Ministry came together to launch this worthy portal for students.
  • Aim of the Portal: To provide help and support by connecting those who are ready to grant help to the needy ones. The help can be granted in the form of food, online coaching, accommodation, transport, examinations, scholarship, financial support, etc.
