Current Context: Gujrat Government has launched Aatma Nirbhar Gujrat Sahay Yojana.
- The scheme will be helpful to the lower-middle-income group. The scheme provides interest subsidy, moratorium, and collateral-free loan up to Rs 1 lakh.
- In this scheme, Rs 1 lakh loan amount will be provided at a 2% annual interest rate to around 10 lakh people.
- The term of the loans will be three years and the payment of installments will begin only after six months of sanction.
