Current Context: Indian Medical Research Institute has entered into partnership with India Post to carry out the delivery of the COVID-19 testing kits.
- The kits are taken from ICMR 16 regional depots to 200 additional labs which are performing the COVID-19 test process.
- Under this partnership, 1,50,000 post offices will be performing the task of delivering testing kits . The kits will be delivered in a dry ice packing.
