Current Context: Chief Minister of Odisha has launched Bhubaneswar Land Use Intelligence System (BLUIS) which is the web and mobile based solution to monitor the unauthorized change of land use.
- This system will help to prevent the encroachment of government lands.
- The BLUIS will detect all the changes that are taking place on government lands and will provide an alarm if any unauthorized activity is detected by it on government land.
- It is a repository system which is made by using high resolution satellite imagery.
- It is encorporated with GPS, which provides the exact location to authorities along with video and image evidence to them.
