Current Context: The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Unnat Bharat Abhiyan-IIT Delhi (UBS-IITD) and Vijnana Bharati (VIBHA), New Delhi (It is RSS linked
science body) has signed MoU which grant access to CSIR developed technologies to attain the objective of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA).
- The MoU will help to lay the foundation for UBA in rural India
- The aim of the MoU is to adopt the CSIR rural technologies and related educational institutes in line with the targets of the people to support initiatives like UBA and VIBHA.
- This MoU will enable access to the structural networks to achieve the collaboration of district administration, local Panchayat Raj Institutes (PRIs), voluntary organizations and the institutions that participate with UBA.
