Current Context: Ministry of Tourism has signed an agreement with Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI) and FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO).

• The agreement is signed for the purpose of women empowerment.
• Under this agreement, the entrepreneurship skills with significantly lower capital investment among women.
• The ministry of tourism, TAAI and FLO will focus on the development of personal and hospitality skills in women.
• Thus trio partnership will enhance the participation of women in the tourism sector.
• This partnership will lead women to become an integral part of the tourism workforce of India.
