Current Context: Union Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs has released the 4th Business Reform Action Plan (BRAP) Ranking for 2018-19.
4th Business Reform Action Plan (BRAP) Ranking
  • 4th Business Reform Action Plan (BRAP) Ranking for 2018-19 represents the ease of doing business for the vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat.
  • The BRAP 2018-19 is having 180 reform points. These reform points are business regulatory areas like Single Window System, access to Information, Labour, Environment etc.
  • The ranking is topped by Andhra Pradesh. Andhra Pradesh marked 100% compliance to all the reform points.
  • Second and third ranks are marked by Uttar Pradesh and Telangana respectively.
  • BRAP is released by DPIIT (Department of Industrial Promotion and Internal Trade) in collaboration with World Bank.
