Current Context: Government of Karnataka launched the loan disbursal programme with the name ‘Arthika Spandana’. 

• The programme aims to disburse the loan of Rs 39,300 crore from various cooperative institutions. 
• Rs 15,300 crore will be disbursed to the agriculture sector and Rs 24,000 crore will be allotted for non-agri sectors.
• Around 1549 cooperatives will be benefited by this programme.
