Visa Inc. and IFundWomen to support Women Entrepreneurs

Current Context: Visa Inc. and its global partner IFundWomen has launched a grant program to offer support to Indian Women Entrepreneurs.
Visa Inc. and IFundWomen to support Women Entrepreneurs
  • IFundWomen is itself a funding marketplace for women businesses. 
  • Under this grant program, Indian Women Entrepreneurs will be able to receive fund from Visa and thus can expand their businesses. Women Entrepreneurs can avail the fund through a series of grants.
  • For promoting this program, Visa has partnered with FLO, which is the ladies wing of FICCI and with Instamojo.
  • Under the grant program, Visa has asked women, entrepreneurs, to submit their application for funds requirement from 21st Sep to 20th Oct 2020. 
  • They are also asked to submit a small video on the website which will describe their business in short.
  • 3 winners will be shortlisted and they will receive grants of Rs 7, 00,000 each. They will also get training and coaching regarding their business by Visa and IFundWomen.
