Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd signed MoU with ITI Kalamassery

Current Context: Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) has entered into an agreement with Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Kalamassery with an aim to improve industry-institute interaction.

• The FACT is the PSU which comes under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilisers.
• Under this MoU, various interactive programmes will be implemented which will allow the sharing of training facilities in order to have academic and industrial interaction between ITI students and FACT employees.
• Various technical courses, seminars, presentations, workshops will be conducted by FACT to train the ITI students.
• Also, industrial visits, joint projects and on-job training in FACT will be conducted under this agreement.
