Amazon India partners with IRCTC

Current Context: Amazon India has entered into partnership with Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) to offer facility of online train ticket bookings on Amazon platform. 

• Thus due to this partnership, Amazon Pay adds another travel category on their online platform. 
• Now, users will be able to check seat and quota availability for all trains on the Amazon app platform. 
• Amazon Pay is also offering 10% cashback on the first train ticket booking and prime members will be offered 12% cashback for these bookings.
