- The two web portals are: (a) Sumangal Portal (b)Integrated Odisha State Scholarship Portal.
- Sumangal Portal: This portal is launched to provide incentives to the inter-caste marriage. It is developed by ST and SC Development Department. One time incentives of Rs 2.5 lakhs will be provided to the inter-caste married couples.
- Integrated Odisha State Scholarship Portal: This web portal will provide scholarship to the eligible students of the state. It will provide 21 scholarships by 8 different state departments. It is predicted that around 11 lakhs students belonging to SC, ST and other backward classes will be benefited through this portal. The scholarship amount will be directly credited to the accounts of eligible students.
- Also, the portal will administer the professional programs of various state departments like SC and ST department, Higher education department, school and mass education department, ESI department, agriculture department and skill development and technical education department.
