- The PRAGATI stands for Pro-Active Governance and Timely Implementation. It allows pro-active governance and timely implementation of projects along with addressing the grievances of a common man.
- The meet was held to review the projects and programmes undertaken by PRAGATI.
- During this meet projects worth Rs 1.41 lakh crore were reviewed which are conducted in 10 states and UTs of India. These projects are held in Odisha, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Gujarat, Haryana, Rajasthan, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir and Dadar and Nagar Haveli.
- The projects are owned and managed by DPIIT, Ministry of Railways, Power Minister and Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways.
- The dignitaries also discussed grievances related to coronavirus, PM Awas Yojana and PM SVANidhi.
- PM Modi also suggested developing State Export Strategy to every state. And also motivated to complete the project works before time.
