FICCI FLO signs MoU with IESC of IIM Shillong

Current Context: The Women’s wing of FICCI (Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) named as FLO (FICCI Ladies Organisation) has entered into MoU with IESC

(Incubation and Enterprise Support Center) of IIM Shillong. 

• The MoU is signed for the purpose of a mentorship programme for women entrepreneurs. 
• Under this MoU contract, FLO will create an independent Entrepreneurial Ecosystem which will help to empower women and transform them to become job creators.
• The Entrepreneurial Ecosystem of FLO will identify potential based startups and will provide them with the necessary support and guidance. 
• This support and guidance will help to build initial startup cost and will thus help to establish a business in a short time span.
