MoRTH Signed MoU With Austria

Current Context: The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways signed an MoU with the Federal Ministry of Climate Action, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology

of the Republic of Austria.

• They signed the MoU to have Technology Cooperation in the Road Infrastructure Sector.
• The MoU was signed to develop bilateral cooperation in areas like Road Transportation, Road/Highways infrastructure development, management and administration, Road safety and Intelligent Transport Systems.
• This MoU will also help to develop trades and regional integration between India and Austria.
