• This white paper is developed by NITI Aayog and the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada. 
• This white paper defines India’s vision of developing public health surveillance by 2035. 
• India will be achieving this vision by integrating the three tired public health system into Ayushman Bharat.
