- The conclave was organised by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-National Physical Laboratory (CSIR-NPL) and is being held in New Delhi.

- The National Atomic Time Scale will help to generate Indian Standard Time- IST with an accuracy of 2.8 nanoseconds and Bhartiya Nirdeshak Dravya will offer support to the testing and calibration of laboratories for quality assurance which will be at par with the international standards.
- The National Environmental Standards Labs will lead to self-independence in the certification of ambient air and an industrial emission monitoring requirement.
