Current Context: The Triton Electric Vehicle signed MoU with Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL).

• They signed MoU to enhance cooperation in energy storage systems and electric vehicles (EV) development.
• Both entities will collaboratively work to develop sub-systems and battery assemblies for energy storage systems and electric vehicles for their customers in India, USA and in many other nations.
• Under this MoU, BEL will be the manufacturing partner to Triton Electric Vehicle.
• All the technical documentation will be provided by Triton to BEL.
• BEL will fulfil the requirements of ESS in India and Triton will fulfil the requirements as per Make in India.
• Triton will be the technology partner supporter to BEL.
