Ministry of WCD signed MoU with Invest India

Current Context: The Government of India’s Women and Child Development Ministry has signed an MoU with Invest India.

• The MoU was signed to boost the cooperation in Nutrition, Child Protection and Development, Women Empowerment and Capacity Building sectors.
• Under this MoU, Invest India will support framing policies and strategies to have a large scale impact. Invest India’s DHRISHTI will analyse inputs and outputs for each research work.
• It will also provide international cooperation, impact assessment to the ministry in fulfilling the objective of the MoU.
• Both the entities will develop a participatory ecosystem to attain their objectives of MoU.
