Current Context: The Henley Passport Index released its list of the most powerful passports. It measures the world’s most travel-friendly passports and ranks the countries on the basis of how strong their passport is.

• As per the index, India is ranked at 84th position in the list, as the Indian citizens can visit Visa-Free or Visa-on-Arrival in over 58 places.
• The index is topped by Japan with a visa-free score of 193.
