- Eligibility criteria for PLIs for this facility: All PLIs who have availed financial assistance under SRF or ASRF including any other eligible PLI with a maximum net NPA of 7.5% and a minimum of 51% ratio of individual housing loans to total assets are eligible.
- The tenure of the loan is 1 year and the interest rate is based on the repo rate.
