  • ‘Dost for Life’: It is the name of the mobile application which was launched by CBSE. The app was launched for students and parents. It is a psychological counseling app that will display counseling sessions by experts. It will also provide students with resource materials like course guides, tips on mental health, corona guide, daily safety protocols, learning from home, and self-care tips.

  • The DCGI (Drug Controller General of India) has given its approval to use 2-DG (drug2-deoxy-D-glucose) as an adjunct therapy for Covid-19 patients. The 2-DG is developed by DRDO’s lab INMAS (Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences) in partnership with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Hyderabad.
