Current Context: The Uttar Pradesh government announced to set up of 'Electronic Park' along the Yamuna Expressway near Noida.

UP Gov. to Setup ‘Electronic Park’

The 'Electronic Park' will be dedicated to electronic devices and their accessories.
It will attract an investment of Rs 50,000 crore.
It will be the major platform for employment generation and will appoint thousands of local youths.
It will be set up in an area of 250 acres either in Sector 14 or Sector 10 of the YEIDA near Jewar Airport.
Various national and international entities working in electronics domains like mobile phones, TVs, etc will set up their units in the park.
