- The challenge was launched by Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC), NASSCOM, and NASSCOM Foundation.
- The challenge is termed as ‘Discover – Design – Scale’ program.
- The ‘जनCARE’ will identify startups and entrepreneurs working in the areas like Telemedicine, Digital Health, mHealth with BIG Data, AI, BlockChain, and others.
