- It was dedicated at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) in Mussoorie.
- The centre was inaugurated on the occasion of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas which is the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on 31st Oct 2021.
- The centre will lay the foundation to enhance capacity building for future generations of Civil Servants from India and Abroad.
- It will evolve as a Huge Resource Centre and will be dedicated to offering study and learning opportunities to Civil Servants so that they will serve the nation with the best leadership qualities.
